Terms & Conditions

By booking services, you accept these Terms.

1. Services for dogs over 3 years of age:
Dog walking, Dog boarding, drop-in visits.

2. Client Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information and safe access.

3. Behaviour & Safety:
Dogs must not be aggressive or excessively barky.

4. Veterinary Emergencies:
We may seek vet care if you cannot be reached.

5. Weather:
Walks may be shortened under extreme conditions.

6. Keys:
Stored securely in our home.

7. Payment:
Due on or before service.

8. Cancellations:
24-hour notice required. Late cancellations incur 25% fee.

9. Scheduling Window:
±15 minutes.

10. Equipment:
We use the client’s leads and harnesses but have our own spare ones.

11. Off-Lead:
We will let the dogs walk off-lead where it is safe.

12. Group Walks:
Small groups of up to 4 only (with 2 of us)

13. Media:
Photos may be used unless opted out.

14. Liability:
We are insured with Public Liability insurance

15. Governing Law:
UK law applies.
